Rocket is very fast, easy to grow and tastes wonderful. This is our favourite salad leaf, we use it in salads, sandwiches, as a garnish and even on pizza.
Rocket works in containers/pots, or in the smallest spaces. The flavour is spicy and aromatic, but not too hot, and picked fresh from the garden there is nothing better. It is also high in antioxidants, vitamin C and iron.
Salad Rocket is a popular, fast growing variety with a fine, spicy taste and is used by professional growers. Recommended for the earliest and latest sowings under-cover.
 
Sow the seeds from March-September in shallow drills 5-10cm apart for cut and come again. Or 15cm apart for mature plants and thin to 10-15cm apart.
The leaves will become stronger and more peppery with age.
