It makes a great cut and come again leaf crop that should be sown successionaly all year round. It bolts slowly and is cold hardy but should be sown undercover during the colder months.
Sow in furrows 0.5 - 1cm deep, and cover lightly with soil. For mature plants space 15cm apart in rows 30cm apart. Cut and come again should be in rows 10cm apart.
Harvest the leaves after 4 weeks.
